 An internationally recognized thought leader, Dr. Michael J. O'Connor has made substantial contributions to fields such as human resources, behavioral management, leadership and organizational development, devoted to achieving higher personal, group and organizational performance.
Dr. O’Connor has dedicated his life to helping others, which he does through coaching, training and writing. For more than two decades, he has been a sought-after speaker and consultant throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe. His accomplishments also include authored and co-authored best-selling books, representing the culmination of over 30 years of research. Dr. O’Connor holds a B.S. in the social sciences, an M.A. in the behavioral sciences/psychology, and a Ph.D. in management. He served as Vice President of Resource Development and Consulting at Carlson Learning Company, and taught at the University of Connecticut and Fairfield University.
